Mr. Akashi head of the UN transitional authority in Cambodia (UNTAC) spoke at a meeting of the supreme National council (5NC) on the morning of May 26. While taking about preparations to implement the second phase he asked the party of Democratic Kampuchea (PDK) to submit by early next week information on steps it had already taken.
