Mao Phen, soldier of hospital P-98, confessed that Nut, chief of O Svay village, O Svay sub-district, district 42, region 104, was a traitorous network of Thang Deng. They received the plot from Nut to convince soldiers to go against the revolution, to convice women to want to marry and to provoke conflict between militiamen of sub-district and village.
ម៉ៅ ភេន យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីភេទ្យ ព-៩៨ បានសារភាពពី នុត ប្រធាន ភូមិអូរស្វាយ ឃុំអូរស្វាយ ស្រុក ៤២ តំបន់ ១០៤ ថាៈ ជាខ្សែ រយៈក្បត់បដិវត្ដរបស់ ថង ដែង និងបានដាក់ផែនការអោយបក្ខពួក បំផុសប្រជាជនអោយទំនាស់ជាមួយបដិវត្ដ បំផុសនារី អោយផ្អើល យកប្ដី និង ធ្វើអោយឈ្លបឃុំ និង ឈ្លបភូមិទំនាស់គ្នា។
