Ket Cha Kun and Pok Sokh Lim, worker's T-4, confessed that Khy Say, worker's Factory T-4, entered the CIA in 1972 with Sin Heng supervisor being an acceptor. Pok Sokh Lim stated that Khy Say was his traitor.
