កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ket Cha Kun, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Reach, working at factory T-4, entered the CIA in 1972 at Ky Hong textile factory through the line of Hao Seng. Before April 17, 1975, Reach provoke workers' attention to the prosperity of the US. After April 17, 1975, Reach prompted workers to complain about the day-and-night work and, instead, appreciated the Lon Nol regime. Reach demolished 15 shuttles and looms' two heads, and disrupted the weaving progress. Moreover, Reach inspired factory workers to disgust the new workers and convinced the former not to train the latter.
កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះរាជ នៅរោងចក្រ ត-៤ថាៈរាជ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ចូលនៅរោងចក្រតម្បាញ គីហុង ខ្សែរបស់ហោ សេង។ មុនថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ រាជ បំផុស កម្មករឱ្យឃើញពីប្រទេសអាមេរិក។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ រាជ បំផុសកម្មករពីបញ្ហាធ្វើការទាំងយប់ទាំងថ្ងៃ ហើយសសើថាលន់ ណុលល្អ។ រាជ ធ្វើឱ្យខូចត្រល់អស់១៥, បែកថាស់រមូក្បាលកី២, ធ្វើឱ្យរអាក់រអួលក្នុងការត្បាញ, បំផុសកម្មករក្នុងរោងចក្រឱ្យស្អប់កម្មករ ថ្មី និង បំផុសកម្មករចាស់មិនឱ្យបង្រៀនកម្មករថ្មី។
