Ket Cha Kun, worker of factory T-4, confessed that Oeun, working at factory Th-1, entered the CIA in 1972 at Battery Factory. Oeun induced people and workers to condemn the Khmer Rouge for shelling the city. After April 17, 1975, Oeun got in touch with Lamdor to execute anti-revolutionary acts and to induce workers not to be confident of upper Angkar. Furthermore, Oeun told former workers that if the new workers had the know-how, the former workers should go to the countryside. Oeun damaged can-squeezed equipment, wasted chemical element, caused 10-kilogram chemical element spoiled, and broke 5 spare parts of lathe machine.
កេត ចាគន្ធ កម្មកររោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះអឿន នៅរោងចក្រ ថ-១ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ អឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅរោងចក្រ ថ្មពិល។ អឿន ដើរបំផុសប្រជាជន កម្មករឱ្យថ្កោលទោសទៅ លើខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលផ្លោងគ្រាប់ចូលទីក្រុង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ អឿន ទាក់ទងជាមួយឈ្មោះឡាំឌ័រ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ, បំផុសកម្មករ ឱ្យអស់ជំនឿលើអង្គការ, បំផុសកម្មករចាស់ថាបើកម្មករថ្មីចេះ កម្មករចាស់ទៅនៅជនបទ, ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីនបុកសំបកកំប៉ុងអាប៉ូឡូ, ប្រើជាតិគីមីខ្ជះខ្ជាយ, លាយថ្នាំគីមីឱ្យខូចអស់១០គីឡូក្រាម និង ធ្វើឱ្យបាក់ផ្លែកាំបិទម៉ាស៊ីនក្រឡឹងអស់៥។
