Hanoi, drastic measures should be applied to force the KR to participate in the Cambodian peace process, Vietnamese Foreign Minister Nguyen Manh Cam said here yesterday. The countries concerned with the peace process, especially the big powers, should "adopt a determined attitude to force the KR to observe the Paris agreements", he said.
