On November 14, at a meeting with General Sanderson, UNTAC military commander in Phnom Penh, the representative of the party of DK in the Mixed Military Working Group said that as long as UNTAC implements the two key and major points of the Paris agreement as stated in the PDK August 22, 1992, proposal they will be happy to take part in elections.
