At 09:00 on 5 August at Preah Moha Khsat Trei Yani Palace in the provincial town of Siem Reap, the Supreme National Council (SNC), held its 17 meeting under the chairmanship of His Royal Highness (HRH) Prince Norodom Sihanouk, head of state and chairman of the SNC of Cambodia, and his excellency H.E. Yasushi Akashi, special representative of the UN secretary general in Cambodia.
