Without mentioning the KR, Mr.Yashushi Akashi, leader of the UN peacekeeping operation in Cambodia has issued his strongest warning yet that party's refusal to disarm was " Jeopardizing the whole operation" but he also rejected suggestions that the UN should employ force against them saying that Cambodian did not need any more violence.
