The SNC of Cambodia held a session on December 10, to discuss the issue of immigrants, refugees and foreign forces in Cambodia speaking at the session, Tran Huy Chuong, our ambassador accredited to the SNC, affirmed that VN had withdrawn all its volunteer troops from Cambodia in September 1989.
