Ke Thao aka Nang, chief of medical technicians, division 310, confessed that in September 1976, Than [arrested by the Angkar] invited him and Oeun, working in battalion P-31, to attend the meeting and assign traitorous leaders to get ready to launch an attack at their own targets. Moreover, Oeun used to receive Than and Then's traitorous plan to criticize the political line of the Kampuchea Labor Party.
កែ ថោ ហៅណាងប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសស្លថ្នាំ អង្គភាព ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ ៩-១៩៧៦ ថន«ចាប់ហើយ»បានហៅវា និង អឿន ប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការក្បត់ អោយប្រកាសចាត់តាំងមេដឹកនាំ ត្រៀមផ្ទុះអាវុធ ត្រៀមចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងទទួលខុសត្រូវ តាមមុខ សញ្ញានីមួយៗ ។ អឿនធ្លាប់បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការណែនាំក្បត់ និយាយពីមាគ៌ានយោបាយបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាពី ថន និង ថេន អ្នកទាំង ពីរនេះចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ។
