Ke Thao aka Nang, medical worker of Hospital P-31, confessed that after the liberation, An was indoctrinated by Chy, chief of hospital of Northern zone technicians. Chy planned to appoint An as a member of Labor party of Kampuchea in 1975. In January 1976, the Angkar sent Nang to Phnom Pneh, where he repeatedly conducted meeting with An and his partisans to expand hidden network. Later, An met Nang and discussed on situations in Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham province.
កែ ថោ ហៅណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថាក្រោយរំដោះ ជីប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កសាង អន បាន។ ជី ត្រៀមបញ្ចូលអន ជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករកម្ពុជានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ខែ១ អង្គការដកវា«ណាង»មកភ្នំពេញហើយវាបាន ប្រជុំណែនាំបក្ខពួក និង អន អោយខំកសាងកម្លាំង។ ក្រោយមក អន បានជួបវា«ណាង»ហើយបានពិភាក្សាប្ដូរយោបលគ្នា អំពីសភាព ការណ៍នៅភ្នំពេញ និងនៅកំពង់ចាម។
