The 18 session of Cambodia's Supreme National Council [SNC] was held of the Damnak Chan Pavilion on 24 August in the august presence of HRH Prince Norodom Sihanouk head of state and father of the nation of Cambodia and chairman of the SNC, with the participation of HE Berchoos Sadry, deputy head of UNTAC [UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia], and HE Gen John Sanderson, commander of the UNTAC forces.
