Reports from Phnom Penh say that on March 28, grenades were lobbed at a Vietnamese restaurant in Phnom Penh killing two Vietnamese. The reports say that the persons throwing hand grenades into the Vietnamese restaurant are Phnom Penh puppet soldiers who quarreled with the Vietnamese restaurant owners.
