The "UNTACUST"electoral compaign will start on April 7. Allow me to inform samdech the head of state and president of the SNC, the five permanent member of the UN security council and to the security council itself that the Democratic Kampuchea party will not participate in that campaign and in the "UNTACIST" elections.
