Nhem Sam-ngatt, secretary of regiment 23, division 290, confessed that San, chief of Rong Damrei sub-district, took part in treacherous activities with the Free Khmer party and built up forces for fighting the party.
ញ៉ែម សម្ងាត់ លេខាវរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាព ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ សន ប្រធានសង្កាត់រោងដំរី បានរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ក្នុងបក្សខ្មែរសេរី និងកសាងកម្លាំងសំរាប់វាយបក្ស។
