The 29th meeting of the Mixed Military working group [MMWG], scheduled to be held in Battambang Province on the morning of 14th January, was instead held on the afternoon of the same day at UNTAC [UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia] High command in Phnom Penh under the chairmanship of UNTAC military commander Maj Gen John Sanderson.
