ញ៉េប សួង ហៅ ផាន់ នេសាទរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពី សាំង កម្មករកំពង់ផែកំពង់សោម ថាៈ បានទទួលភារៈដឹកអង្ករចូលព្រៃ តាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ ផាន់។
