|
During the week ending July 31, the Khmer Rouge conducted attacks on regions controlled by the Cambodian National armed Forces (UNTAC) especially in Siem Reap, Battambang, and Kampong Thom provinces. They carried out raids, fired artillery shells, planted mines on routes, blew up railroads, and robbed the people in many areas.
