Hiem Saran aka San, group chief of animal raising K-9, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, joined the revolution in 1971. After the liberation, the Angkar assigned San to guard gasoline warehouse at Kampong Som, and then, he was transferred to work at Chraing Cham Reh office, commerce. In August 1975, he moved to serve in Chakk Ang Re animal raising of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
ហៀម សារ៉ន ហៅ សេន ប្រធានក្រុមចិញ្ចឹមសត្វ ក-៩ ក្រសួង ការបរទេស ចូលបដិវត្ដ១៩៧១។ ក្រោយរំដោះអង្គការដកទៅការពា សាំងនៅកំពង់សោម បន្ទាប់មកក្ដាប់មន្ទីរច្រាំងចំរេះរបស់ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ចិញ្ចឹមសត្វនៅចាក់អង្រែរបស់ក្រសួង ការបរទេស។
