Foreign Minister Prince Norodom Sirivut told newsmen on September 07 that the provisional National government of Cambodia (PNGC) was very sorry and frustrated that Thailand has continued to assist the Khmer Rouge and to regard the Phnom Penh government as just a party despite the fact that the elected co chairmen of the PNGC have just paid an official visit to Bangkok in mid-August.
