In his speech Hun Sen talked at length about the election campaign and criticized the Khmer Rouge, FUNCINPEC, the Buddhist liberal Democratic party and some UNTAC ativites. The problems Cambodia was currently suffering from were not the fault of SOC government, Hun Sen said.
