Hao Thouren joined the CIA in October 1968 and was captured on December 24, 1975. Thouren confessed that Ny Sakhon joined the CIA in 1974 and the Khmer Engineer Association. After April 17, 1975, Ny Sakhon lined CIA network with Hao Thouren, spreading campaign toward the Angkar. It only employed uneducated people to perform the task, due to the fact that the uneducated were loyal. It feared that if the educated was employed to work, they would know of their secrets.
ហោ ធូរេន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ១០-១៩៦៨ ហើយត្រូវបានចាប់ ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ២៤-១២-១៩៧៥ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ នី សាខុន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ និង ចូលសមាគម វិស្វករខ្មែរ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ នី សាខុន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអា ជាមួយ ហោ ធូរេន ហើយបានឃោសនាវាយប្រហារអង្គការ បដិវត្ដថាអង្គការយកតែមនុស្សល្ងង់មកប្រើព្រោះពួកនេះត្រង់ មិនហ៊ានយកអ្នកចេះមកប្រើទេព្រោះខ្លាចដឹងរឿងច្រើន។
