Phnom Penh, Cambodia (AP)- Cambodia's prime minister said today he ordered the arrest of the Khmer Rouge commander accused of killing three western hostages. Prince Nordom Ranariddh told reporters that Noun Pate was believed to be in southwestern Cambodia preparing to retake the Khmer Rouge base authorities seized late last year after the hostages were killed.
