The 06 months amnesty that the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has given to the KR rebels is running out. Although there have been mass desertions by KR rebels, H.E. Ieng Muli, Minister of Information, said that the RGC has no plans to extend the grace period which will expire this Sunday January 15.
