Aom Soek, mechanic of train repairing unit in Phnom Penh, confessed that he led Yim Saloap to join the CIA in August 1969. Saloap and other network were responsible to indoctrinate monks in Wat Po Real, Wat Tuol Ta Ek, and Wat Po Khnong pagodas in 1971, and continuously convinced people, combatants, and workers at battlefield, pagodas, factories, to join the CIA. In April 1975, Saloap received a plot from Kiri Phalla to destroy the Khmer Rouge influence by using prostitutes as a main key to stir up turmoil in units.
អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេសភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាននាំ យឹម សាលប់ ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខែ៤-១៩៦៩។ សាលប់ និងប្សពួក បានទៅឃោសនា បញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលលោកសង្ឃ នៅវត្ដពោធិវាល, វត្ដទួលតាឯក និងវត្ដពោធិក្នុង នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១។ ឆ្នាំ បន្ទាប់មកទៀត សាលប់ និងបក្សពួក បានដើរ ឃោសនានៅ តាមសមរភូមិ តាមវត្ដ តាមរោងចក្រ អោយកម្មករ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ នៅខែ៤-១៩៧៥ សាលប់ទទួលផែនការណ៍ពី គីរីផល្លា អោយកំទេច កម្លាំងខ្មែរក្រហម ដោយយកស្រីពេស្យា ជាគន្លឹះ។
