E Kim San aka Sokh, working at Platoon, Division 310, confessed that Lai, Than and Cham were a member of the Free Khmer within Phat's network. Sokh contacted Phat's network and set up a forth plan to convince people to counter the revolution and to join the movement of the Free Khmer.
អែ គឹមសាន ហៅ សុខ អនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ឡៃ, ថន និង ចំ ជាខ្មែរសេរីនៅក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ផាត។ សុខ បានទាក់ទងខ្សែជាមួយ ផាត ហើយដាក់ផែនការឱ្យបំផុស ប្រជាជនប្រឆាំងនឹងបដិវត្ដនិងអូសទាញ ប្រជាជនឱ្យបំរើចលនា ខ្សែសេរីវិញ។
