E Kim San aka Sokh, soldier of Platoon, Division 310, confessed that Som, soldier of Logistics, Division 2, Ratanak Kiri, was a member of Free Khmer within his old network. In 1973, Sokh and Som resumed their contact and carried out anti-revolutionary activities. After the liberation, Som conspired with Sokh to criticize the revolution that "staging socialist revolution was to eat gruel mirxedwith water green grass".
អែ គឹមសាន ហៅ សុខ អនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយ ថា ឈ្មោះ សុំ ភស្ដុភារនៅកងពលទី ២ រតនគិរី ជាខ្មែរសេរី នៅក្នុងខ្សែចាស់របស់ខ្លួន។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ សុខ និង សុំ បានទាក់ទង គ្នាឡើងវិញធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដតទៅទៀត។ ក្រោយរំដោះ សុំ បានរួមសកម្មភាពជាមួយសុខ ឃេសនាវាយប្រហារបដិវត្ដថា «ធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយាយស៊ីបបរលាយត្រកួន»។
