Ak Kann, deputy chief of screening section of state commerce, confessed that in September 1976, he and Sim received the plot from his leader. As for Sim's activity, Ai Kann did not inform in details. After that Ai Kan conspired with Sim to carry out traitorous activity.
អៃ កាន់អនុប្រធានសំរិតសំរាំងលិតផលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីមេរបស់ខ្លួនហើយបាន ជួប ស៊ីម ចូលរួមដែរ។ រីឯប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពរបស់ ស៊ីម ពីមុន មកអៃ កាន់ មិននិយាយទេ។ ក្រោយមកអៃ កាន់ និងស៊ីម បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយគ្នាជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
