Ak Kann, deputy chief of screening section of state commerce, confessed that in September 1976, he and Ny received the plot from his leader. About Ny's activities, Ai Kann did not clarify. After that Ai Kan conspired with Ny to carry out traitorous activities.
អៃ កាន់ អនុប្រធានសំរិតសំរាំងផលិផលពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាននិយាយ ថាៈ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការណ៍ក្បត់ពីមេ របស់ខ្លួន ហើយបានជួបឈ្មោះ នី ចូលរួមដែរ។ ប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពរបស់ នី ពីមុនមក អៃ កាន់ មិននិយាយទេ។ ក្រោយមក អៃ កាន់ និង នី បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជាមួយគ្នា ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
