Tep Phalla, alias Chhun, male, disappeared. Interviewed with his 70-year-old uncle, Hing Kim; Phal៌s father was Tep Chhom, and his mother was Yun Yai. Phalla has only two siblings, and he was born in Koh Ta Ngao 1 village, So Korng sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Phalla finished lower secondary school level in Peam Chy Kang High School. Phalla stopped studying because there was a coup in 1970. After dropping out of school, Phall helped his parents in rice field. It was in 1972 that he became an assistant of the commune chief for only one year. He was then sent to the battlefield to fight with Lon Nol soldiers. In 1975, Phalla was seen ride a motorbike to visit his home village. After staying home for three days, he returned to Phnom Penh. While he was staying home, he said nothing. Phalla just told that he worked in Phnom Penh. It was in 1977 that Phalla៌s mother was arrested and killed by Angkar; in addition, his father has passed away since Sangkum Reastr Niyum, and his younger sister died because of illness. According to his biography, Phalla worked in Ministry of Energy and was arrested in 1977, and Phall was then sent to Tuol Sleng while Kim, during the KR regime from 1975 to 1979, was assigned to farm in rice field in cooperatives. Kim worked very hard, but there wasn៌t enough food, eating only rice gruel; furthermore, there were only two food rations for each person per day. It was in 1977 that Kim witnessed militiamen capture people. Sometimes, these militiamen captured people in the communal dining hall. When there were militiamen coming to the communal dining hall, people always entered into the dining hall immediately because they were afraid that militiamen would catch one of them; as a result, this one would be killed in O Tra Kuon pagoda.
ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន ភេទប្រុស បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ ហ៊ឹង គីម អាយ៧០ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជា ឪពុកមា។ ផល្លា មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ទេព ឈុំ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ យុន យៃ៉ មានបងប្អូនតែពីរនាក់ មាន ស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិកោះតាង៉ោទី១ ឃុំសូរគង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ផល្លា កាលពីតូចបាន រៀនរហូតដល់វិទ្យាល័យ ពាមជីកងត្រឹមឌីប្លូម។ ផល្លា ឈប់រៀននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ដោយសារកើតមាន រដ្ឋប្រហារ ពេលឈប់មកជួយធ្វើ ស្រែឪពុកម្ដាយ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ បានចូលបដិវត្ដធ្វើជាស្មៀនឃុំ កាលនោះឈ្មោះ ហេង ហួត ធ្វើបានតែមួយឆ្នាំទេ អង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យចូលទៅធ្វើជាយោធាហើយចូល សមរភូមិច្បាំងជាមួយទាហាន លន់ នល់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឃើញជិះម៉ូតមកលេងស្រុកកំណើត និង បានសម្រាកបានបីថៃ្ងក៏ត្រឡប់ទៅភ្នំពេញវិញ ពេលមក លេងមិនមាននិយាយអីច្រើនទេ គ្រាន់តែចង់ សួរសុខទុក្ខបង ប្អូនហើយប្រាប់ថា ធ្វើការនៅភ្នំពេញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ម្ដាយរបស់ ផល្លា ត្រូវ អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនយកទៅវាយចោល ឪពុក ស្លាប់តាំងពីជំនាន់សង្គមរាស្រ្ដនិយម ប្អូនស្រីស្លាប់ដោយសារ មានជំងឺ។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប ផល្លា ធ្វើការនៅក្នុងក្រសួងឋាមពល ហើយអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅឆ្នាំ១៩ ៧៧ យកទៅដាក់គុកទួល សែ្លង។ រីឯឈ្មោះ គីម ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ដល់៧៩ អង្គការ ចាត់តាំងឱ្យធ្វើស្រែចម្ការនៅតាមសហករណ៍ ធ្វើការងារ ច្រើនតែអាហារហូបចុកមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ហូបតែ បបររាវៗមិនឆែ្អត ទេ ក្នុងមួយថៃ្ងហូបបានតែពីរដងប៉ុណេ្ណាះ។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ធ្លាប់បានឃើញ កងឈ្លបចាប់ប្រជាជនដោយផ្ទាល់ភ្នែក ជួនកាល មកចាប់ដល់រោងបាយ ពេលខ្លះឃើញឈ្លបមកដល់ រោងហូបលែង ចូលហើយ ព្រោះខ្លាចមិនដឹងចាប់ចំអ្នកណាទេ ពេលចាប់ហើយ
