Thai Sovann Tha, male, 35, had a diploma of high engineer from USA. He, before 17 April 1975, was a general director of Kampuchea Power Plant. He joined a member of CIA at Wat Phnom Power Plant in 1970 through Peou You Thuon. Moreover, he received CIA's plan to persuade workers of the revolution's insufficiency and the intention of doing sabotage in order to encourage workers to carry out anti-revolutionary act.
ថៃ សុវណ្ណថា ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣៥ឆ្នាំ មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រវិស្វករ ជាន់ខ្ពស់មកពីអាមេរិក មុន ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ជាចាងហ្វាង ខាងចាត់ចែងទូទៅក្នុងអគ្គីសនីកម្ពុជា។ ចូលជាសមាជិកសកម្ម របស់សេអ៊ីអាឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ នៅអគ្គីសនីវត្ដភ្នំ ដែល ពៅ យូធួន ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម និងនាំចូល។ ភារកិច្ចរបស់សេអ៊ីអាគឺ បំផុសកម្មករអោយមើលឃើញនូវការខ្វះខាតរបស់បដិវត្ដន៍ បំផុសកម្មករអោយប្រឆាំងនឹងអង្គការ មានបំណងធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មផេ្សងៗ ប្រមូលកំលាំងកម្មករ ឃោសនាអូសទាញកម្មករខាងបណ្ដាញ ធ្វើគំរោងការក្បត់នឹងអង្គការបដិវត្ដន៍។
