Thai Sovann Tha confessed that before April 17, 1975 Preap Dim, male, 40, was an electrician. Currently, he was assigned to go to Battambang province by the Angkar, and he joined CIA; then he was ordered to cause electricity somewhere not to work well.
ថៃ សុវណថា បានសារភាពថា ព្រាប ឌឹម ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ មុន១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ មាននាទីជាអ្នកធ្វើភ្លើងតាមបន្ទប់ភ្លើង បច្ចុប្បន្នត្រូវអង្គការចាត់អោយទៅខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា ហើយបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពធ្វើភ្លើងមិនអោយឆេះសព្វ។
