Doeu Veng, soldier of telegram section, division 164, confessed that in October 1975, But Yorn [arrested by the Angkar], military assistant to division 170, invited traitorous network such as Son, Phai and Yorn, working in division 170 to join the meeting in order to spread out traitorous plan to fight back the party in July 1976.
ឌឿ វ៉េង យុទ្ធជនទូរលេខកងពល១៦៤ បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ១០ ១៩៧៥ ប៊ុត យ៉នជំនួយការយោធាកងពល ១៧០ «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ» បានហៅពួកក្បត់របស់កងពល១៧០ បានមកប្រជុំ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ផែនការណ៍វាយបក្សនៅខែ៧ ១៩៧៦។ សមាសភាព ចូលរួមមាន ប៊ុត យន, សុន, ផៃ និងយន។
