Soon after return from Kampuchea on January 06, 1978, the Kampuchean Ambassador , Sam San , made appointments to see the heads of mission of the Thai , Indonesian, Burmese and Malaysian Embassies. The Philipines Ambassador and Dean of the corps, Mr Evangelista, is absent on holiday.
