Chev Chhon aka Mon, member of regiment 11, confessed that Phal and Sin, deputy chief of economic office, regiment 11, received the order from Sam to convince soldiers of freely drinking and eating in order to cause soldiers to disgust the revolution.
ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកវរសេនាធំលេខ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ស៊ិន អនុប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច វរសេនាធំ ១១ និងឈ្មោះ ផល បាន ទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះ សាម ឱ្យដើរបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអំពីការស៊ីចុក និងសេរីភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យយុទ្ធជនស្អប់អង្គការបដិវត្ដ។
