Chev Chhon aka Mon, member of regiment 11, confessed that Sin, deputy chief of economic office of regiment 11, and Phal received the order from Sam to convince soldiers in their unit of drinking and eating and freedom in order to cause soldiers to disgust the revolution and step forward to build up the anti-revolutionary forces.
ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកវរសេនាធំ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ស៊ិន អនុប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច វរសេនាធំ ១១ និង ផល បានទទួលការ ចាត់តាំងពី សាម ឱ្យដើរបំផុសយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកង ពីការស៊ីចុក និង សេរីភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យយុទ្ធជនស្អប់អង្គការបដិវត្ដ និងឈានទៅកសាង កម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដវិញ។
