Derek Davies, editors of far eastern economic review, has received no from ky Soth or Col Am Rong. However, he was recently received a further telegram from Sihanouk from Pyong Yang ( see cutting from this week's P.E.E.R) Davies is booked to fly to England on 16 August and has no intention of putting his trip off ( he is putting as on in to boarding School). hence his reply.
