We have noted from paragraph 5 that Djajadiningrat believes'' Hanoi's own fundamental needs might setting for friendly Cambodia which did not interfere with north Vietnamese troop movements'' We agree that this is possible but would be inclined to go further in view of the strength and significance of Hanoi's links with the anti government forces.
