During call on Adenan (director Asia and Pacific, D.F.A.) today, we asked why hastily convened meeting of head of mission was being held by Mr Marlik in Bangkok. Adenan confirmed that Thanom had cancelled August visit to Indonesia because of concern about situation in Cambodia and he said that the government was anxious to get an up to minute picture.
