On July 13, 1974, Seng Pao Khim, who used to serve Khmer Communist group as a village guard and transported wood for Angkar in Kampong Chanlos village, returned and joined society at Prek Svay check-point.
សឹង ប៉ោឃីម បានបម្រើឱ្យអង្គការខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដ មានតួនាទីជាអ្នក យាមភូមិ និងដឹកជញ្ជូនឈើឱ្យអង្គការក្នុងភូមិកំពង់ចន្លុះ ហើយបាន រត់មករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញនៅប៉ុស្ថិ៍ព្រែកស្វាយ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែ កក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។
