Summary / Abstract :
|
Gravely concerned that North Vietnamese and Vietcong use of Cambodia, in support of their military effort in South Vietnam, might lead to an expansion of the Vietnam conflict, the State Department has renewed attempts to minimize this risk by encouraging the Cambodian authorities to limit whatever advantage the Vietnamese communists derive from use of Cambodia.
