Pen Saran, chief of T-4 section, confessed that in May 1976, Sovann, chief of factory T-4, educated Sovann on the betrayal of party. In January 1977, Sovann received his plans to say of the morality and damaged materials in factory.
ប៉ែន សារ៉ន ប្រធានផ្នែកត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សុវណ្ណ មេពួក រោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានអប់រំសុវណ្ណឱ្យក្បត់ បក្ស។ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៧ សុវណ្ណទទួលផែនការពីខ្លួន ឱ្យបំផុសបញ្ហា សីលធម៌និងធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
