Pen Saran, chief's factory T-4 section, confessed that Chea, chief's factory T-4 section, caused three alternators of machines gone wrong in May 1976. In August 1976, Chea damaged a truck and throw thread away. In October 1976, Chea caused a truck dented while taking 150 workers to work. In January 1977, Chea made remark on the morality and damaged materials in factory.
ប៉ែន សារ៉ន ប្រធានផ្នែករោងចក្រត-៤ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ជា ប្រធាន ផ្នែករោងចក្រត-៤ថាៈ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ជា ធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ូទ័រម៉ាស៊ីន កី៣គ្រឿង។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ជា ធ្វើឱ្យខូចឡានមួយគ្រឿង និង បោះអំបោះចោល។ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧៦ ជា បើកឡានជូនកម្មករ ១៥០នាក់ទៅធ្វើការកៀដើមឈើពៀចឡានមួយគ្រឿង។ នៅខែ១-១៩៧៧ ជា បំផុសពីសីលធម៌ និង ធ្វើឱ្យខូចសម្ភារៈ ក្នុងរោងចក្រ។
