Pao Samet, worker of train unit in Kampong Som, confessed that Um Phum, truck driver in Kampong Som town, was a traitorous network of Ieng Seiha. In 1974, Un Phum was a spy for the Khmer Rouge in Kampong Som. In December 1975, Un Phum and his network dug up 200-meter railroad in Kampong Som causing it dented. Un Phum convinced workers to disgust the revolutionary regime.
ប៉ោ សាម៉េត កម្មករនៅអង្គភាពរទេះភ្លើងកំពង់សោម បានឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុន ភុំ អ្នកបើកឡានធំនៅក្រុងកំពង់សោមថាៈ ជាខ្សែក្បត់ របស់អៀង សីហា។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អ៊ុន ភុំ ជាអ្នកយកការណ៍ពី ខ្មែរក្រហមនៅកំពង់សោម។ នៅខែ១២-៧៥ អ៊ុន ភុំនិងបក្ខពួកបាន គាស់ផ្លូវដែកឱ្យវៀច អស់២០០ម៉ែត្រ នៅកំពង់សោម។ អ៊ុន ភុំ ឃោសនាកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ។
