Summary / Abstract :
|
Mr. M. Gum Kowski, the police ICC Commissioner, was killed in a car smash on the Pochentong road in December 1964. He was driving a Cambodian women friend in Cambodian Government. There is little doubt that the accident, a head on collision, was caused by Gumkowski passing another vehicle at high speed without being able to see ahead.
