Summary / Abstract :

The Secretary General of the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Sarin Chhak, in a conversation with the British Ambassador at dinner on September 07, 1962, let slip that the Cambodian Government has now ordered equipment referred to in the above letter. This equipment when installed will have a range of 100 miles beyond the border of Cambodia.
