There were no major developments in Cambodia's foreign affairs. The foreign minister, Mr koun Wick, left Phnom Penh on 26 June in official visit to south Korea and Japan. En route he spent two days in Taipei, on visit he has been at pains to describe as " Private". According to the Cambodian Press, Mr Koun Wick called on president, Price minister and other senior personages in Taipei. Press reports abroad state that Mr Koun Wick announced that a Cambodian '''Mission'' would be established in Taiwan.
