In an interview with French-language weekly realities Cambodgiennes on 11 December the Cambodia foreign minister, Mr Koun Wicj spoke about some major aspects of presents Cambodian foreign policies. He stressed it was in Cambodia's interest to remain non-aligned and states that " All friendly countries'''were encouraging Cambodia to do so.
