Bangkok, May 12-Cambodian admitted today that it faced ''Great difficulties'' rebuilding the country, and said it would be be prepared to accept aid without string from any country. Last week the country's Khmer Rouge leaders said they wanted to foreign aid at all, declaring '' We want to be our own masters''.
